We facilitate: development of immunological assays for various antigens (proteins and non-proteins); flow cytometry (immunophenotyping / DNA cell-cycle analysis); ELISA (MultiScan GO spectrophotometer); MTT assay; Giemsa and Acridine Orange staining; and microscopy (light and inverted).
Cell Culture: primary cell culture and drug incubation. Cell Separation: immunomagnetic separation of target cells from heterogeneous mixtures.
